Shipping & Returns Policy
The Avenue Gallery is committed to providing exceptional art production for every order. Whether a single print or a framed gallery collection, every piece from The Avenue Gallery gets the individualized care it deserves.
The Avenue Gallery works exclusively with UPS Store of Westport CT to manages every order in regards to packaging, insurance, and shipping. In most instances, you can expect the full order to be shipped within 48 hours, based on the furthest estimated completion date on the order, even when orders require multiple separate packages. In so doing, this timing allows Art Buyers to better anticipate and plan for the arrival of their art work.
You are responsible for all shipping costs (including packaging and insurance), calculated on an actual cost basis. The Avenue Gallery staff recognizes individual unframed prints do not take as long to produce as framed or mounted art. If it is not required that all art arrives at approximately the same time, or to benefit from having print only orders arrive earlier, please consider separate orders or simply contact Avenue Gallery customer service to assist with an existing order.
For larger orders, purchases will arrive in multiple packages. Oversized orders may be packaged and shipped specifically for and arrive via freight service. Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number and link will be included.
The Avenue Gallery ships by UPS globally and purchases are securely packed specifically for your order using UPS approved packaging. The Avenue Gallery provides three shipping options for US domestic orders; all shipping times are estimated as provided by UPS. 1.) UPS Priority Overnight Standard – next day transit delivery 2.) UPS 2 Day – second day transit delivery, 3.) UPS Ground – 4 to 6 day transit delivery. For shipments outside the US, The Avenue Gallery provides UPS International Service – 3 to 6 day transit delivery. In uncommon cases of oversized or custom orders, buyers will be contacted for freight shipping options.
Purchases will be eligible for returns due to quality-related issues, damage occurring prior to or during shipping, or loss during shipping. If your purchase is damaged or lost due to shipping or error in production, The Avenue Gallery must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email info@AvenueGallery.com for full instructions.
Once the claim is received, The Avenue Gallery will respond if it is necessary for damaged or defective items to be return shipped. Upon claim review, The Avenue Gallery will reproduce the damaged portion of your order or provide a refund for the production and shipping of any damaged portion of your order.
If there are quality-related issues with your order, you must notify The Avenue Gallery in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Such notification must specify in detail the quality-related issue you believe has occurred. The Avenue Gallery will review the issue and issue a refund where the quality issue is not due to adjustment and is not de minimis (minor). The Avenue Gallery has the sole discretion to determine whether a quality-related issue is de minimis.
The Avenue Gallery agreement with artists, who provide our outstanding selection of art, allows limited reproduction of their images in particular instances to fulfill in any case of damage or defect, but DOES NOT guarantee that a reproduction can be made.
