The Avenue Gallery, established in 1998 by Diana Phelps-Wyant and now owned and operated by her son Christopher Wyant, is the destination for art lovers in Fairfield County and the world over. Specializing in art both old and new; the gallery offers a range from antique prints to contemporary one of a kind monotypes, antique maps, nautical charts, and oil on canvas. Also known for our industry leading custom archival framing, come see why many choose The Avenue Gallery to frame their special piece whether it be children's art or a Picasso.

  Our Unique Gallery

As Norwalk's largest gallery (over 10,000 square feet), we are proud of our eclectic collection of artists both new and old and our museum-like setting. As the only commercial gallery in Fairfield County focusing on both antique and modern art, visitors continue to applaud the colorful and diverse gathering of local, national and international artists. Founded by Diana Phelps-Wyant and now managed and operated by her son Christopher Wyant, they recognized the need for a space that offered beautiful decorative art at an accessible price. Since then, the gallery has evolved along with Fairfield County's constantly changing tastes, and now carries one of the largest and most eclectic collections of artwork available for purchase in the area.

Unrivaled Framing Services

In addition to an amazing selection of fine art, Avenue Gallery is also Fairfield County's premier custom archival framer. The gallery has carefully chosen a selection of frames (with more options offered than any other frame shop in the area) to ensure that they have the perfect design for your project. Further, adhering to the highest standards of framing, the Avenue Gallery ensures that every piece is treated like a masterpiece. Only the highest quality archival materials are used in our framing treatments.
